Maintenance of your vinyl gutters

Vinyl gutters require some adjustments over time, but they last a long time without any problem.

Water flow level
If a bracket has been changed in the gutter system, the degree of tilt of the gutters may be altered and the water may not flow properly. In addition, the gutters can sink over the years, affecting the flow of water.

If this happens to you, use a long screwdriver or an extension drill in a drill with a screwdriver bit and release the gutter brackets, then adjust slightly and replace the gutter brackets with screws.

Seal systems
In the vinyl gutters, there are sealing gaskets, if the water leaks in unexpected places or does not flow properly, remove the vinyl bonding brackets and replace the sealing gaskets.


Be alert for any sagging, punctures or tears in the vinyl gutters, should you find damage, you should repair or replace them immediately. Flaccidity can be repaired simply by removing dirt or the piece must be replaced.
